No matter your reason, one-on-one coaching in stress management, meditation, and yoga is available so you can enjoy the full benefits of these practices.

 

Group Classes

Affordable and flexible, group classes are a great way to practice yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. In addition to the stress management benefits, you’ll also be able to build meaningful community with other BIPOC women serving as first responders around the nation. This is a place to find peace and a support system.

 

Workshops

Self-care practices are a great investment for organizations and conferences. Give your teams the tools to manage stress and grief so they can be at their best in uniform, at home, and in their communities. Dr. Keesee is available to lead classes on a variety of topics, including stress, work-life balance, BIPOC cohesion, meditation, and yoga.
